The role requires strong dermatology knowledge, leadership, and experience with Mohs scheduling, prior authorizations, and payer requirements, ensuring timely patient care and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Healthcare Management, Dermatology Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience within dermatology or multi-site healthcare.
• Minimum of 3 years of direct management overseeing clinical support and patient coordination.
• Experience with Mohs surgery scheduling, pathology workflows, and prior authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for centralized clinical support across markets.
• Oversee pathology result communication, patient triage, biologics programs, and specialty pharmacy coordination.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with dermatologists and surgeons to optimize workflows and improve patient care.
