Job summary

QualDerm Partners in Springfield, TN seeks a Lead, Clinical to manage clinical operations and lead a multidisciplinary team focused on outstanding patient care in dermatology, skin cancer treatment, cosmetic services, and surgery.

The role requires 2–3 years in a clinical setting, strong leadership, and expertise with EMA ModMed EHR. You will train staff, optimize patient flow, and ensure HIPAA compliance while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and communication to manage a clinical team.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and dermatology practices.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance in clinical settings.
• Proficiency with EMA ModMed EHR system.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dermatology clinic.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and oversee a team to optimize patient flow.
• Serve as EMA ModMed superuser and support staff with system questions.
• Train and onboard new medical assistants for dermatology workflows.
• Monitor patient flow and reallocate staff during peak times.
• Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.
• Document patient interactions in EMR while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Support the Practice Manager in resolving patient issues and inquiries.
• Implement and communicate new clinical protocols to the team.
