• Facilitates resolution on patient billing/insurance issues.
• Clinical duties include patient assessments, testing, emergency management, and treatment oversight.
• Oversees documentation (EPIC), scheduling and billing (IDX) and related follow-up.
• Handles patient complaints and staff credentialing and education.
