Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Commercial Sales is seeking a Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies across assigned accounts. You will partner with dermatologists, APPs, office staff, and key opinion leaders to launch products, ensure access, and deliver clinical value in person and through digital channels.

The role requires strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, experience with reimbursement pathways, and the ability to engage

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 8+ years if associate; 10+ years with high school.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device sales or marketing.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory/account strategies to drive demand and sales.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists and office staff.
• Deliver clinical messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and plan calls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.
• Support product launches and provide field insights.
