Job summary

Pfizer US/PR Dermatology organization seeks a field-based Specialty Care - Dermatology Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage with dermatologists, APPs and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and deliver differentiated clinical value across accounts.

Successful candidates will have strong specialty selling skills, deep disease-state knowledge, and comfort with hybrid in-person and digital engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in science or healthcare.
• Minimum 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales or marketing.
• Experience engaging physicians and high-influence accounts.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory strategies to drive demand and sales objectives.
• Build relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff.
• Deliver clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing.
• Navigate reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data to prioritize accounts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and Key Account teams.
