Job summary

Pfizer US Dermatology organization seeks a field-based Specialty Care Health & Science Specialist to drive adoption of dermatology therapies. You will engage clinicians, navigate reimbursement, and deliver differentiated clinical value across assigned accounts.

You will work with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff to launch products, ensure access, and provide insights to brand strategy. Strong specialty selling and digital engagement skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma with 10+ years of work experience.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing; or aligned HCP experience.
• Driver’s Licensing: Valid US driver’s license and clean driving record; DUI/DWI within last 7 years disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory and account strategies to drive demand and achieve sales objectives in dermatology.
• Build trusted relationships with dermatologists, APPs, and office staff through in-person and virtual engagements.
• Deliver clear clinical and product messaging using approved materials to influence prescribing behavior.
• Navigate formulary access and reimbursement pathways to improve patient access.
• Leverage data and analytics to prioritize accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Reimbursement, and KAM to address customer needs.
