Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree recommended.
• Minimum 3 years managing a large patient care team.
• Experience with Mohs, dermatology, cosmetic and laser procedures.
• Proficiency in EMR systems (Modernizing Medicine EMR).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of patient care and clinic activities.
• Lead Mohs and dermatology surgical flow for timely scheduling.
• Act as liaison for Mohs patients throughout care journey.
• Manage staff performance and training.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA/OSHA/CLIA.
• Develop and implement process improvements.
