Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree BA/BS
Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare
Valid Driver License with no more than 2 moving violations in 3 years
Must reside within assigned geography

Responsibilities

Own responsibility for attaining territory sales goals and objectives through territory planning and physician call activity
Analyze territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan with HCPs and staff
Maintain understanding of competitive marketplace and prescriber decision drivers
Conduct account profiling, call planning, and review UCB sales data with stakeholders
Make strategic decisions on resources, budgets, and samples
Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities for medical stakeholders
