UCB Inc. is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS) to join our Dermatology sales team in Chattanooga, TN.

You will drive demand for current and future dermatology assets, engage clinical decision makers, and reinforce product features to deliver optimal patient experiences. You will develop territory plans, build relationships with HCPs and staff, analyze data, manage resources, and coordinate promotional programs in compliance with UCB policies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in the previous 3-year period.
• Must reside within assigned geography.

Responsabilidades

• Attain territory sales goals through effective territory planning and visits with clinical decision makers.
• Analyze territory data to build a customer call plan and establish relationships with HCPs and staff.
• Maintain understanding of the competitive marketplace and drivers of prescriber decisions.
• Conduct account activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing sales data.
• Make strategic decisions in managing resources such as budgets and samples.
• Coordinate and support promotional educational opportunities in line with UCB policy.
