Job summary

UCB is seeking a Clinical Account Specialist in Chattanooga, TN to strengthen our Dermatology sales team and drive demand for our pipeline assets. You will engage clinical decision makers, communicate product value, and work within a matrix organization to deliver patient outcomes.

You will own territory planning, build relationships with HCPs and office staff, and stay informed on payer environments. Hybrid work with 40% in-office time is typical.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of direct selling experience to healthcare professionals in pharma/biotech/healthcare
• Valid Driver License with limited moving violations in last 3 years
• Must reside within assigned geography

Responsibilities

• Own territory sales goals and plan; visit key decision makers with appropriate reach/frequency.
• Analyze territory data to build and adapt a customer call plan with HCPs and staff.
• Understand competitive landscape and prescriber drivers of decision making.
• Conduct account activities such as profiling, call planning, and reviewing sales data with stakeholders.
• Make strategic decisions on resource management (budgets, samples, access opportunities).
• Coordinate and support promotional education opportunities for medical stakeholders in line with policy.
