Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments, by phone or in person.
• Answers calls and directs to appropriate staff.
• Obtains and updates patient demographics; verifies insurance eligibility and referrals.
• Greets patients and processes payments; maintains accurate charting.
• Ensures confidentiality and supports portal enrollment for patients.
