Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; assist with appointment scheduling; triage, route and elevate concerns.
• Understand provider preferences and service offerings to schedule appointments efficiently across practices.
• Collaborate with team to identify and implement process enhancements and contribute to rollouts, training and documentation.
• Participate in all training sessions and professional development opportunities to stay informed and enhance skills.
• Maintain consistent attendance and flexibility to meet practice needs.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support team success and efficiency.
