Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager to support key accounts across an assigned geography. This field-based and remote role involves educating providers on access, reimbursement, coverage, and patient resources to help patients access prescribed therapies.

The position requires travel 60–80% and a valid driver’s license. Applicants must reside within the territory or nearby. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in reimbursement, market access, or managed care.
• Knowledge of coding, billing, claims, and patient support programs.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy networks and access channels.
• Understanding buy-and-bill pathways and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare providers and billing teams to support patient access to therapies.
• Deliver education on access, reimbursement, coverage, and patient programs.
• Assist with product acquisition, payment processes, and inventory management.
• Navigate reimbursement challenges across the patient journey and provide practical solutions.
• Monitor payer policies and evolving reimbursement trends and share insights.
