Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of reimbursement, market access, managed care, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting specialty pharmacy products and navigating access channels.
• Knowledge of coding, billing, claims, and patient support programs.
• Experience partnering with specialty pharmacies and in buy-and-bill environments.
• Ability to travel 60–80% across a broad geography.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare providers and stakeholders to support patient access and resources.
• Deliver education on access, reimbursement, coverage, and patient support programs.
• Serve as a resource for product acquisition, billing, inventory, and return processes.
• Navigate payer policies, prior authorization, denials, and appeals to support access.
• Monitor payer policy changes and evolving healthcare trends affecting patients and providers.
• Support patient assistance and co-pay programs.
