Job summary

Novartis is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) to support key accounts across a defined geography. This field-based role emphasizes education, guidance on access and reimbursement, and collaboration with healthcare providers to improve patient access to prescribed therapies.

The ARM will work with cross-functional teams to resolve coverage and billing challenges, support buy-and-bill processes, and implement patient assistance programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in reimbursement, market access, managed care, clinical support, pharmaceutical sales, or a related healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare providers and billing teams to support patient access and workflows.
• Deliver education on access, reimbursement, coverage, and patient support programs.
• Serve as a resource on product acquisition, ordering, payment, inventory, and return processes.
• Collaborate with accounts to navigate payer policies, denials, and prior authorizations.
• Monitor changes in payer policies and reimbursement trends impacting patients and providers.
• Support patient assistance and co-pay programs and drive site-of-care strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve access issues and educate customers.
