Job summary

Novartis Group of Companies is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Manager for the Louisville geography in a remote and field-based capacity. The role covers Louisville, Lexington, and Indianapolis, requiring residence within or near the territory and substantial travel.

The ARM will serve as the local market access expert on payer policy, billing/coding, and integration of manufacturer programs into account workflows, collaborating with cross-functional NPC teams to optimize patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; business and/or biological science preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in public or private reimbursement or managed care.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy networks or buy-and-bill models.
• Experience with coding, billing and office support programs.
• Ability to manage complex payer landscapes and high patient volume.

Responsibilities

• Support patient access in assigned accounts and educate providers on program integration.
• Analyze payer policies, denials and appeals; identify reimbursement opportunities.
• Coordinate with hub, patient support and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Travel within territory up to 60–80% and maintain territory relationships.
