Soap Creek Resources in Mattoon, Illinois seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead and build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line from the ground up. You will have full clinical autonomy and robust system support to design, develop, and grow a premier dermatology practice serving Mattoon and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities include leading setup, outpatient evaluation and surgical management of skin cancers, performing Mohs procedures as capabilities allow,

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Fellowship training or documented proficiency in Mohs Surgery is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and strategic rollout of a new Dermatology and Mohs service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation and surgical management for skin cancers and complex dermatologic conditions.
• Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures as facilities capabilities are established.
• Establish clinical protocols, purchase equipment, and guide clinic layout design.
• Build a strong referral network with regional physicians and specialists.
• Maintain a patient-centered care environment with high clinical quality and safety.
