Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead and build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon, Illinois. You will design, develop, and grow a premier dermatology practice backed by robust health system support, serving Mattoon and surrounding communities.

You will lead clinical operations, set protocols, and establish a referral network while providing expert outpatient care for skin cancers and complex dermatologic conditions.

Qualificações

• MD or DO from an accredited US medical school or international equivalent.
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency.
• Fellowship training in Mohs Surgery preferred.
• Active Illinois medical license or eligible for state licensure.
• Active DEA registration and Illinois CSR.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to establish a new dermatology service line.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs Surgery service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and complex dermatologic conditions.
• Perform Mohs surgeries and histopathologic interpretations once facility capabilities are established.
• Establish clinical protocols and procure state-of-the-art equipment; guide clinic layout design.
• Develop a strong referral network with regional primary care physicians, surgeons, oncologists, and APPs.
• Maintain a patient-centered care environment with high clinical quality and safety standards.
