ExcelliSearch, Inc. in Mattoon, Illinois seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead and build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Completed an ACGME-accredited Dermatology residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Fellowship training or documented proficiency in Mohs Surgery is strongly preferred.
• Active, unrestricted Illinois medical license (or eligible for state licensure).
• Active DEA registration and Illinois CSR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and strategic rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and complex dermatological conditions.
• Perform Mohs micrographic surgeries and reconstructive procedures as capabilities are established.
• Establish clinical protocols, procure equipment, and guide clinic layout design.
• Develop a referral pipeline with regional physicians and advanced practice providers.
• Foster a patient-centered care environment with high clinical quality and safety standards.
