Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners in Mattoon, Illinois seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs expertise to lead and build a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line. You will design the clinic, define workflows, and drive clinical excellence with full autonomy within a robust health system.

The role offers scope to develop general medical dermatology, skin cancer services, and Mohs procedures for Mattoon and surrounding communities, with a focus on high-quality patient care and innovative operations.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from US or international equivalent (MD/DO) and dermatology residency completed.
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology; Mohs training preferred.
• Active Illinois medical license; DEA registration and CSR required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational setup, clinical workflow design, and strategic rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs Surgery service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and dermatologic conditions.
• Perform Mohs surgeries, histopathology interpretation, and reconstructive procedures once facility capabilities are established.
• Establish clinical protocols, select equipment, and guide clinic layout and workflow design.
• Develop a strong referral network with regional physicians and advanced providers.
• Maintain a patient-centered care environment with high quality and safety standards.
