Job summary

Client Growth Resources, Inc. seeks a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to spearhead a new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon, Illinois.

You will design, develop, and grow the program with strong hospital support, addressing regional demand for medical dermatology and complex skin cancer care. You will lead operations, recruit and define protocols, and establish state-of-the-art workflows while collaborating with primary care, surgeons, oncologists, and APPs to deliver

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clinical leadership ability and vision for establishing a new service line.
• Strong expertise in Mohs surgery and general dermatology.
• Willingness to design and implement new clinical workflows and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs Surgery service line.
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management of skin cancers.
• Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures when capabilities are established.
• Establish clinical protocols and select equipment; guide clinic layout and operations.
• Develop a referral network with PCPs, surgeons, oncologists, and APNs.
• Maintain a patient-centered environment with high quality and safety standards.
