ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Dermatologist with Mohs Surgery expertise to lead a brand-new Dermatology & Mohs service line in Mattoon, IL. The role offers complete clinical autonomy within a physician-led system and a flexible schedule to sustain high-quality patient care.

You'll design the workflow, establish protocols, build referral networks, and advance skin cancer care, with strong system support and generous incentives.

Formación

• Leadership to build a new dermatology/Mohs program
• Experience establishing a clinical service line
• Strong knowledge of Mohs procedures and dermatology care

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational setup and rollout of a brand-new Dermatology and Mohs service line
• Provide outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and surgical management for skin cancers and complex conditions
• Perform Mohs surgeries and reconstructive procedures when capable
• Establish clinical protocols and guide equipment purchasing
• Develop a referral network with PCPs, surgeons, oncologists, and APPs
• Maintain patient-centered care with high quality and safety standards

MD or DO (US degree)

ACGME Dermatology residency

Board Certified/Eligible in Dermatology

Active Illinois medical license

Active DEA registration & CSR

Mohs Surgery fellowship or proficiency preferred
