Job summary

State Street Corporation in Sacramento seeks a Derivative Operations Specialist, Associate 2, to post domestic and foreign derivatives and reconcile transactions. You will resolve data quality issues and collaborate with North America and Europe teams, ensuring accurate processing in accordance with established procedures.

You will support client operations, audits, and reporting while maintaining timely processing and documentation, contributing to risk management and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with business coursework or B.S. in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong computer competence with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Accuracy and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process derivative transactions including trade posting, dividend accruals, corporate actions, pricing.
• Reconcile cash and position items with Prime Brokers and clients daily.
• Investigate discrepancies and escalate as needed.
• Support audits and maintain records for compliance.
