State Street Investment Management is seeking a derivative trading specialist to support the derivative trading team and cover global Portfolio Management teams with emphasis on derivatives, equities, and FX. You will execute client orders accurately in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with brokers to optimize execution strategies.

The role offers exposure to multiple strategies, including index, quantitative, active, and liability-driven investing, with reporting to the Head of Trading

Qualifications

• Four-year education degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with Excel, Python, Java, VBA, SQL is a plus.
• Ability to analyze execution performance and identify trading opportunities.

Responsabilités

• Provide support to the derivative trading team and coverage to global Portfolio Management teams with focus on derivatives.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely execution of client orders.
• Engage with executing brokers to deepen relationships and resolve exceptions.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Management, IT, Risk, Operations, Legal, Sales, Marketing and Compliance.
