Qualifications

• Must have a college diploma or university degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word; Bloomberg knowledge a plus.
• Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily processing and monitoring of fund activities.
• Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and notices to investors.
• Prepare and review periodic bank and cash reconciliations and post journal entries.
• Prepare quarterly management fee calculations and waterfall allocations.
• Prepare fund trial balances and supporting workpapers; assist quarter-end close.
• Maintain internal workflow to meet client deadlines; liaise with other departments.
• Identify unusual or potentially suspicious activity and report per policy.
• Support new business setup and conversions; participate in special projects.
