Veolia seeks a Deputy Site Leader to assist the Site Leader in managing daily operations, aligning activities with safety and efficiency standards. You will help relay site goals, procedures, and updates, foster teamwork, and step in for the Site Leader when needed.

You will promote a safety-first culture, oversee compliance with environmental and safety programs, and contribute to improving Net Promoter Scores while supporting budgeting and cost control initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Connecticut Class III or Class IV Wastewater Operator Certification is required.
• 3 years of leadership experience, 2 in supervisory or lead role.

Responsabilités

• Assist Site Leader in managing daily operations and communications.
• Foster safety, compliance with OSHA and Veolia programs.
• Support client communications and client-facing roles when needed.
• Mentor junior team members and develop leadership skills.
• Monitor project delivery, quality, and cost control.
