Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Deputy Site Leader to assist in managing daily operations, while upholding safety, quality and efficiency standards. The role supports the Site Leader, communicates site goals, and steps in during absences to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications include a CT wastewater certification, a high school diploma (or GED), and 3 years of leadership experience with supervisory exposure. Strong teamwork and client-facing abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• CT Class III/IV Wastewater Operator Certification required.
• 3 years leadership experience, including 2 in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and ensure clear communication across the site.
• Assist Site Leader in managing team performance and coaching.
• Support client communications and handle client-facing tasks as needed.
• Promote safety culture with regular checks and audits.
• Mentor junior staff and develop leadership skills.
