Responsibilities include fostering safety culture, mentoring staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high-quality operations. The role offers growth toward future leadership and critical site continuity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• 3 years of leadership experience, 2 in a supervisory or lead role.

Responsibilities

• Foster teamwork and ensure clear site goals.
• Support Site Leader in performance management and coaching.
• Liaise with Site Leader, staff and external stakeholders.
• Promote a safety-first culture and conduct safety checks.
• Mentor junior team members and support skill development.
• Grow into a future leadership role and lead in absence of Site Leader.
