Job summary

Leidos at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, seeks an experienced Operations Deputy Service Delivery Manager to lead 24x7NOC operations on a high-visibility DISA program. You will drive performance, workforce development, and customer engagement to ensure mission readiness.

You will direct operational execution, monitor SLAs, manage budgets, and implement automation initiatives across a globally distributed network, with DoD clearances and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mission-critical, 24x7 NOC or enterprise network operations.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and Government customers.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• BA/BS or MS with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Support SDM in planning, coordinating, and executing operations.
• Oversee daily NOC operations and personnel to ensure mission readiness.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, training, performance evaluations, and development.
• Monitor SLAs, performance metrics, and contractual requirements; drive improvements.
• Support budget, staffing forecasts, and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks; implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Government customers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Provide operational updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive automation and process improvements to enhance NOC efficiency.
• Occasional travel may be required.
