Leidos is seeking an experienced Deputy Operations Service Delivery Manager to lead on-site DISA program at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois. Qualifications

• Experience leading mission-critical 24x7 NOC or enterprise network operations.
• Demonstrated success leading large, geographically dispersed technical teams.
• Experience directing contractor personnel and ensuring contractual performance.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes: incident, problem, change, continuity of operations.
• Working knowledge of enterprise network architectures and protocols (BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, WAN, VPN, VLAN, VRF).
• Experience recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining high-performing technical staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and Government customers.
• Ability to proactively assess challenges, prioritize demands, mitigate risks, and implement solutions.
• Self-motivated, results-driven leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Active DoD Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• BA/BS or MS with 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute operations to meet mission objectives and contractual requirements.
• Oversee daily NOC operations, functional leaders, and technical staff to ensure readiness and excellence.
• Manage recruitment, staffing, training, evaluations, and employee development.
• Monitor SLAs, performance metrics, and contract requirements; implement corrective actions.
• Support budget execution, resource allocation, and scheduling to meet objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Government customers, subcontractors and stakeholders to address challenges.
• Provide operational updates, performance reports, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Coordinate multiple activities, establish priorities, and ensure timely action plans.
• Drive automation, monitoring enhancements, process standardization, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Occasional travel to support operations and customer engagements.
