Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Systems Engineering, Integration, and Test (SEIT) Specialty Engineering Manager 3, Deputy to the Specialty Engineering Director, located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL, supporting the Sentinel program.

The role requires a US citizen with a Secret clearance, 8+ years in STEM or 6+ with a Master’s, and experience in EVMS, milestone planning, and leading large teams. A 9/80 schedule and relocation assistance are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 8+ years experience or Master's with 6+ years.
• 3+ years managing cost, schedule and performance on large government TSWs.
• Experience in EVMS and milestone planning/execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and performance of SEIT activities across Sentinel program.
• Provide technical and programmatic oversight to meet contracts.
• Mentor and develop a diverse SEIT team.
