Job summary

Leidos seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a high-impact, multi-agency program serving USSF/SSC, USAF, and key stakeholders. You will oversee SATCOM-focused efforts, PKI, and Agile development, ensuring successful mission outcomes.

The role requires senior program management experience, strong leadership, and collaboration across technical teams, with accountability for cost, schedule, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of relevant experience; degree substitution allowed.
• At least ten years as a Program or Project Manager leading large, complex programs.
• Experience managing program funds/resources using Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Strong requirements analysis, budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring skills.
• Proven leadership of direct reports and cross-functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with Subcontracts and Government stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee program administration including Subcontracts, EVM, Finance, and Security.
• Serve as primary liaison with CO, COR, Government PM, and senior leadership.
• Lead program operations in PM absence and maintain program status awareness.
• Manage financial performance and ensure KPI and AOP commitments.
• Ensure compliance with SOW, Leidos policies, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare program reporting for reviews and senior leadership.
