Leidos is seeking an experienced SOC Manager and Deputy Program Manager to oversee enterprise cyber defense for the DMDC/DHRA in a high‑tempo, mission‑critical environment. You will lead a diverse team across global operations, ensuring rapid detection, analysis, containment, and reporting of incidents.

The role requires strong technical leadership, collaboration with government leadership, and dedication to operational excellence in hybrid cloud, on‑prem, and cross‑contract environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 10 years in cybersecurity operations or SOC leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise SOC, cyber defense, incident response.
• Active Secret Clearance with DoD 8140 certification requirements and DCWF work roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational management of the Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Direct enterprise cyber incident response, threat detection, and containment activities.
• Coordinate with Government leadership, CSSPs, and contractor teams to improve SOC maturity and performance.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOC procedures, playbooks, and training.
