Job summary

Leidos in Arlington, VA seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support delivery of CISA Cybersecurity Exercise Support Services. You will assist with program execution, integration, team coordination, customer communications, and overall program health under the Program Manager.

Candidates should have Active TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years in federal project and program management, and experience leading customer-facing contracts.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Experience with federal, state, and local project management.
• Experience leading customer-facing contracts and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to produce executive-ready briefings and reports.
• Willingness to support normal hours and COOP events.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PM in managing all contract and program aspects.
• Participate in leadership and customer meetings for situational awareness.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Track issues/risks and report status to leadership.
• Ensure contract changes are implemented across the team.
• Support staffing, training, and development across the contract lifecycle.
• Manage SMEs and Regional Exercise Leads and report progress.
• Direct Leidos and subcontract staff on the program.
• Ensure integrated, seamless delivery to the customer.
