C5MI Insights LLC. in Reston, VA is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA financial modernization for a DoW organization. You will guide the program management office, manage cost and schedule, and coordinate a multi-vendor delivery team.

The role requires 8+ years of federal program management, PMP, and active Secret clearance, with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Travel up to 50% and a focus on delivering on time and to quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10–15 years’ experience and 5–8 years of people leadership with a degree.
• 8+ years of federal program or project management experience on defense programs with milestone reviews.
• Deputy program manager or delivery leader on an enterprise system implementation.
• Experience leading a program management office with PMs, schedulers, and project controls.
• PMP certification required.
• Secret security clearance required (active or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day program execution across nine financial process areas.
• Assume Program Director responsibilities during the Director’s absence.
• Lead and develop the program management office and delivery leadership.
• Own the integrated master schedule, critical path, and risk assessments.
• Manage risks, issues, and communication with government leadership.
• Coordinate subcontractors and teaming partners on a multi-vendor delivery team.
• Prepare milestone reviews and ensure quality of all CDRL deliverables.
