C5MI Insights LLC. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA financial modernization program for a DoW entity. You will steer the program management office, manage cost and schedule, and ensure milestone delivery across nine financial areas.

This role is client-facing and requires readiness for travel up to 50%. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, supervise PMs and schedulers, and maintain risk registers and performance metrics while upholding rigorous

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; 10–15 years of professional experience with 5–8 years in leadership.
• PMP certification or equivalent required.
• Active Secret clearance preferred or ability to obtain; DoD/Defense program experience a plus.
• Experience managing federal programs, schedules, risks, and other controls.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day program execution across nine financial process areas and milestones.
• Serve as Deputy Program Manager with authority in absence of Program Director.
• Lead and develop the program management office with schedulers, PMs, and agile leads.
• Own the integrated master schedule, critical path, risk management, and cost performance.
• Ensure timely delivery and quality of CDRL deliverables and status artifacts.
• Oversee staffing, subcontractors, and government-facing reporting.
• Coordinate cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning with release management.
