Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC is seeking a Program Director to lead a large-scale, greenfield SAP S/4HANA modernization for a DoW organization. You will own program P&L, budget, and milestones, directing an integrated team of C5MI staff and partners across multiple financial process areas.

Travel up to 50% to client sites is required. Responsibilities include governance, contract compliance, executive-level client relationships, and audit readiness to ensure cost, schedule, and technical baselines are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years directing federal/DoW programs with P&L accountability.
• Experience as Program Manager/Director on a federal contract valued at ≥$100M.
• ERP deployment experience, SAP ECC/S/4HANA in defense environment.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Owns program profit and loss, including revenue recognition, margin performance, cost controls, and variance management.
• Directs delivery of firm-fixed-price, outcome-based milestones across nine financial process areas.
• Serves as executive interface to the government program office and senior leadership.
• Leads the integrated program team across architecture, delivery, data migration, change management and training.
• Manages program risk, cost, schedule, technology, and staffing risk.
