Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC. seeks a Release Manager to lead release, change, and transport management for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA modernization program for a DoW organization.

You will set the release calendar, govern the transport landscape, and ensure tested, traceable changes move safely across a multi-system landscape. You will also lead cutover activities, coordinate with risk and security functions, and mentor delivery teams in best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 8–10 years of relevant experience with degree, or 10–13 years without degree.
• 8+ years of SAP experience, including release, change, transport, or deployment management.
• Hands-on SAP transport management, multi-system landscape, and dependency/conflict management.
• Experience with SAP ChaRM, SAP Cloud ALM, or equivalent enterprise change management tool.

Responsibilities

• Owns the program release strategy and calendar across all environments.
• Designs the transport landscape, sequencing, dependency management, and conflict analysis.
• Manages change control workflow, gates, and automated import scheduling.
• Enforces change governance with an approval board, emergency procedures, and evidence.
