Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. in San Diego, CA, seeks a Deputy Program Manager to oversee daily execution of the CNSP RATT contract, coordinate ship visits, and act for the Program Manager when needed. You will manage personnel and resources across multiple locations to meet Navy requirements.

The role requires at least 10 years in federal contract management, Navy staff collaboration, and strong supervisory abilities. Travel to various sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing federal Government service contracts, with a focus on Navy ship maintenance, training, or operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Navy maintenance or training staffs, such as ISIC, TYCOM, or ATG organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Navy shipboard operations, maintenance processes, and personnel management.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and personnel across multiple geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with the daily execution and management of the RATT contract
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager during their absence
• Oversee the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and ORCA ship visits
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support simultaneous and geographically dispersed requirements
• Help ensure contract activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with PWS requirements
• Support the management of personnel, schedules, and operational priorities across multiple locations
