Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Program Manager (PM) to lead the CNSP Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) program, providing shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support across the Pacific Fleet.

The PM will manage the RATT workforce and contract across multiple locations, balancing resources and timelines to ensure mission success. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in government contract management, Navy leadership, and a post-graduate degree with a SECRET clearance.

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience managing labor categories and monitoring federal Government service contracts.
PMP certification by award or within three months of award.
Senior Navy ship leadership as SWO and CO of a U.S. Navy warship.
Senior Navy ship engineering as Chief Engineer on a warship.
Navy maintenance or training staff experience (ISIC/TYCOM/ATG).
In-depth Navy ship depot-level maintenance knowledge.
Navy shipboard experience across multiple ships.
Post-graduate degree in management or a technical field.
Must possess and maintain a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall execution and management of the RATT contract.
Manage and balance the RATT workforce to meet concurrent event requirements and timelines.
Oversee personnel across multiple labor categories and geographic locations.
Monitor contract performance and ensure effective execution of PWS requirements.
Manage personnel and resources supporting PACFLEET ships.
Provide leadership and oversight appropriate to a geographically dispersed Navy readiness support effort.
