Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support CNSP RATT program, overseeing shipboard visits, training, and readiness efforts across the Pacific Fleet. The DPM works closely with the Program Manager, executing daily contract tasks and deputizing during absences.

The role requires extensive experience with federal government contracts, Navy operations knowledge, and strong leadership to coordinate resources, schedules, and personnel across geographically dispersed locations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience managing federal Government service contracts, with a focus on Navy ship maintenance, training, or operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience working with Navy maintenance or training staffs, such as ISIC, TYCOM, or ATG organizations.
• In-depth knowledge of Navy shipboard operations, maintenance processes, and personnel management.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and personnel across multiple geographic locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with the daily execution and management of the RATT contract.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager during their absence.
• Oversee the coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and ORCA ship visits.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support simultaneous and geographically dispersed requirements.
• Help ensure contract activities are executed efficiently and in accordance with PWS requirements.
• Support the management of personnel, schedules, and operational priorities across multiple locations.
