Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a senior Program Manager to lead the CNSP Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) contract in support of naval ships across the Pacific Fleet.

The PM will manage a dispersed workforce, align resources to ship readiness timelines, and ensure contract performance against PWS requirements. The ideal candidate has 15+ years of federal contract management experience, Navy leadership roles (SWO/CO/Chief Engineer), and a PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing labor categories and monitoring government service contracts.
• PMP certification by contract award or within three months of award.
• Senior Navy leadership experience as SWO and CO of a Navy warship.
• Senior Navy ship engineering leadership as Chief Engineer.
• Navy maintenance or training staff experience (ISIC/TYCOM/ATG).
• Extensive Navy technical management experience and ship depot-level knowledge.
• Experience developing and controlling Navy ship maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall execution and management of the RATT contract.
• Balance the RATT workforce to meet concurrent event requirements and timelines.
• Oversee personnel across multiple labor categories and geographic locations.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure PWS requirements are met.
• Provide leadership for a geographically dispersed Navy readiness support effort.
