Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support CNSP RATT in San Diego, coordinating ship visits and daily contract execution.

You will work with the Program Manager, stepping in during their absence, and ensure resources and schedules meet contract requirements across multiple locations. The role requires 10+ years managing federal government contracts with Navy experience, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate personnel and assets across dispersed sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing federal Government contracts in Navy maintenance/training.
• Demonstrated supervisory or management experience.
• Experience with Navy maintenance or training staffs (ISIC/TYCOM/ATG).
• Deep knowledge of Navy shipboard operations and maintenance processes.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, resources, and personnel across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Manager with the daily execution and management of the RATT contract.
• Act on behalf of the Program Manager during their absence.
• Oversee coordination, scheduling, and execution of RATT and ORCA ship visits.
• Coordinate personnel and resources to support dispersed requirements.
• Ensure contract activities align with PWS requirements.
• Support management of personnel, schedules, and operational priorities across multiple locations.
