Job summary

THOR Solutions, LLC is looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager in San Diego, CA, to support the Navy Readiness Assistance Training Team. The ideal candidate will have significant Navy ship leadership experience and strong management skills necessary to lead diverse technical and logistical teams.

This position requires at least 15 years of relevant experience and an active security clearance. The anticipated pay range for this role is $140,000 – $155,000 annually, and offers comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of active duty and/or federal contractor management experience.
• Active or interim Secret security clearance required.
• Experience as a Surface Warfare Officer and Commanding Officer.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall RATT contract execution including all technical and engineering services.
• Balance the RATT workforce to meet timelines supporting PACFLEET ships.
• Manage a large contract effort across multiple locations.
