Job summary

Prevailance, Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead the CNSP Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) program, ensuring shipboard training, technical assistance, and readiness support across the Pacific Fleet.

The PM oversees the RATT workforce, contract performance, and resources to meet PACFLEET ship readiness timelines. Required qualifications include 15+ years managing federal contracts, PMP certification, and senior Navy leadership experience (SWO and CO) with depot-level maintenance

Qualifications

PMP certification by contract award or within three months of award.
Senior U.S. Navy ship leadership experience (SWO) and Commanding Officer of a warship.
Senior Navy ship engineering leadership (Chief Engineer).
Experience managing labor categories and performance of federal government contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead the overall execution and management of the RATT contract.
Balance and manage the RATT workforce to meet concurrent event requirements.
Oversee personnel across multiple labor categories and locations.
Monitor contract performance and ensure effective execution of PWS requirements.
Provide leadership for a geographically dispersed Navy readiness support effort.
