Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager in California, MD, supporting the TMPC program with a Top Secret clearance. You will co-lead day-to-day operations, oversee staffing plans, and drive monthly reporting alongside the Program Manager.

Strong leadership, communications, and risk-management skills are essential. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 7+ years in program management with 5+ years in leadership, plus 2+ years in systems engineering; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of program management experience, including 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a technical systems engineering environment.
• 2+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Active and current Top Secret with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Direct and tactically execute day to day operations of the TMPC program alongside the Program Manager.
• Manage staffing plans weekly and monthly, updating as tasks change.
• Support monthly reporting (Fusion updates for MR and IPR).
• Provide technical leadership for program efforts aligned with customer priorities.
