Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) seeks a Deputy Program Manager to support a Navy Program Office contract. You will assist the prime PM, coordinate budgets, staffing, risk controls, and reporting with internal and external stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring DoD/Navy program management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage subcontractors and deliverables. Active clearance and DC-area presence are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering, Business, or Sciences preferred.
• 10 years program/project management in DoD or Navy Acquisition.
• 15 years of experience in DoD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the prime contract program manager on Navy Program Office contract.
• Assist in contractual matters including Financial management, personnel management, stakeholder management and communication, risk and quality management, deliverable management, and internal and external reporting.
• Assist program budget and staffing requirements.
• Task Instruction management.
• Manage Program changes.
• Support project supervisors, controllers, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage sub-contractor relationship.
• Work closely and manage the customer expectations.
• Facilitate stakeholder kickoff and review meetings.
• Reviews of Contract Data Requirements, technical/status reports and invoices.
• Review status reports and invoices.
• Provide weekly status report and KPI’s.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Education and Experience Requirements

• BS in Engineering, Business Degree or Sciences preferred
• 10 years program/project management in DOD or Navy Acquisition
• 15 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
• 2 years Supervisory experience
• Experience communicating with Senior Level executives such as those in the Senior Executive Service
• Navy contract management experience preferred
