Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret level security clearance required.
  • Experience communicating with government stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring ability.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles.
  • Experience with risk management and change control.
  • Scheduling and task planning using Project and Excel.
  • BS in Engineering, Business Management or Sciences.
  • 12+ years DoD/Navy program management or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with government stakeholders to track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Contractor Furnished Equipment (CFE) status.
  • Daily communication with government acquisition management team and brief statuses.
  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Assist in leading and mentoring a team of acquisition analysts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work with government stakeholders to support government equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and other tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
  • Communicate daily with government acquisition management team/brief out statuses of tasking.
  • Work closely and manage the customer expectations
  • Assist in management of team of acquisition analysts
Education and Experience Requirements
  • BS in Engineering, Business Management or Sciences preferred
  • 12+ years DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management
  • Experience communicating with government stakeholders
  • Navy GFE or CFE management experience preferred
Required Skills
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
