Job summary

Green Expert Technology Inc. (GreenXT) in Washington, DC seeks a Junior Acquisition Analyst to assist in acquisition planning and contract management.

The role supports DoD/Navy programs and requires a Bachelor's degree and 1–4 years of DoD/contract experience, plus an active DoD Secret clearance. This position provides growth in military acquisitions within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field.
• 1–4 years’ experience in program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management, with 2 years in DoD/DoN program, contracts, or acquisition management.
• Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Employ the latest DoD and Navy policies and guidance related to defense acquisition to execute tasking.
• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items.
• Participate in Program/Progress Reviews, Milestone/ Gate/ Resources and Requirements Reviews.

• Assist in development, maintenance, and preparation of briefings; attend meetings and prepare minutes; and research and prepare responses to action items. Examples are, but are not limited to, the following:
• Program and/or Progress Reviews
• Milestone Reviews, Gate Reviews, or Resources and Requirements Reviews.
• Shipbuilder Program Reviews, including Post-Award Conferences and logistics meetings.
