Job summary

GreenXT seeks a Navy Acquisition Analyst to support the Navy customer in the Washington, DC area. The role requires interfacing with government stakeholders, tracking Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment, and delivering status briefings.

Qualified candidates hold BS in Engineering or Business Administration, 14 years of DoD/Navy program management experience, and an active DoD Secret clearance. Strong communication, scheduling, and leadership skills are essential.

  • Manage customer expectations and coordinate with team to meet milestones.
  • Assist in management of a team of acquisition analysts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Work with government stakeholders to support government equipment delivery status, issues, risks, and other tasking related to Government Furnished Equipment and Contractor Furnished Equipment.
  • Communicate daily with government acquisition management team. Brief out statuses of tasking.
  • Work closely and manage the customer expectations
  • Assist in management of team of acquisition analysts
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Required BS in Engineering or Business Administration
  • 14 years of experience in DOD/U.S. Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management

10 years professional experience in program/project management in DOD acquisition or in Navy acquisition

  • Experience communicating with government stakeholders
  • 2 years Navy GFE or CFE management experience preferred
Required Skills
  • Active DoD Secret Level Security Clearance is required for this position
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
